Nicole-Taylor’s Evolves into Corridor: Indy’s New Destination for Mediterranean-Inspired Dining and Market Staples
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – 12/2/2024 – A beloved local fixture is transforming. On January 15, 2025, Indianapolis will be introduced to Corridor, the next chapter of Nicole-Taylor's. After a comprehensive renovation, this iconic establishment will reopen with refreshed interiors, a revamped dining atmosphere, and an expanded market — all while preserving the heart and flavors that made Nicole-Taylor’s a household name.
Corridor is the vision of Chef Erin Kem and Chef Logan McMahan, drawing from their rich experiences and passion for Mediterranean cuisine. While Nicole-Taylor’s honed in on Italian flavors, Corridor will explore the broader Mediterranean region, artfully blending Italian with other coastal influences for a diverse, elevated experience.
Lunch at Corridor will continue to feature a seasonal menu, including house-made pasta, signature sandwiches, and fresh salads. The renowned Chef's Table Dinners will continue, offering intimate culinary experiences around the familiar butcher block table in the newly upgraded kitchen. Special dinners and weekend events will continue to add dimension to Corridor's offerings.
The Mediterranean Market at Corridor will continue to offer cherished Italian classics. Longtime customers will be pleased to find Rosa’s Tiramisu, Mimi’s Cookies, and popular take-home options like lasagna and pizzas alongside an expanded selection of Mediterranean-inspired fare.
Nicole-Taylor’s Pasta, Indy’s premier fresh pasta producer, remains integral to Corridor’s identity. Handcrafted pasta will still be available at Corridor’s Market, farmers’ markets across Indianapolis, select retail locations, and local restaurants, ensuring that Nicole-Taylor’s legacy lives on in kitchens across the city.
In preparation for this transformation, Nicole-Taylor’s will close for an extended holiday break on December 24, 2024, and reopen as Corridor on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
