The Adventurist Names Corridor One of Indiana’s Michelin-Worthy Restaurants

Indiana doesn’t have a Michelin Guide yet, but The Adventurist imagined what one would look like. Editor Eric Barton and his team spent months traveling the state, from big cities to towns without a stoplight, to find the kitchens they think inspectors would recognize. Corridor made the list of 17, as one of the picks the magazine believes deserves a star.

The feature highlights chef-owners Erin Kem and Logan McMahan for their quiet, confident cooking and for how they handle vegetables.
