We’re talking botanical spritzes, housemade tonics, infused teas, and zero-proof wines with plenty of personality — drinks that actually stand up to the food rather than pretending to be something they’re not. No buzz, no shortcuts, just thoughtful cooking and a table that still feels like a celebration.
