Our Second Saturday dinner for March looks toward the ancient, aromatic path from Persia to India. We’re pushing a bit further east of the "corridor" to explore a new culinary landscape.
Join us on Saturday, March 14, as our co-owner Chef Logan McMahan welcomes back his Top Vegan compatriot Chef Lester Gates (of Dayton's Invoke restaurant). Together, they’ve crafted an entirely plant-based menu that honors the vibrant culinary traditions of the Silk Road with a modern, elevated touch.
Expect an evening where the warmth of cardamom and saffron meets the brightness of fresh citrus and stone-ground spices — all thoughtfully paired with wines that bridge the gap between East and West. It’s a celebration of spice, craft, and the collaborative spirit.
