We are thrilled to dedicate our April dinner to a milestone a decade in the making. Join us as we welcome Hayley McGinley, the founder and artisan behind Native Bread, to celebrate her company’s tenth anniversary.
In 2016, Hayley launched Native Bread from a home kitchen with a singular mission: to reclaim the joy of a "real" loaf of bread for those living gluten-free. Ten years later, Native Bread has become a cornerstone of the Indianapolis food scene, proving that "allergen-friendly" can — and should — mean world-class flavor. To celebrate this decade of breaking bread, Hayley has collaborated with our chefs, Logan McMahan and Erin Kem, to design a menu where Native Bread is the star of every course.
