Some of the best meals happen when chefs stop competing and start cooking together. This is one of those meals.
Samir and Rachel Mohammad of 9th Street Bistro are joining forces with Logan McMahan and Erin Kem of Corridor for a one-night-only dinner in Noblesville — a fully vegan five-course menu (plus amuse bouche) that brings two kitchens' worth of perspective to a single long table.
Two restaurants. One menu. Forty seats. The food will be entirely plant-based, and wine pairings have been chosen to match every course.
