Every corridor has two ends. For November’s Second Saturday, we’re heading to the far western one: Portugal, where the Mediterranean’s long reach finally meets the Atlantic.

Erin and Logan are cooking a Portuguese menu for one night only, with wines poured from Cavalier Distributing and The Rare Wine Co. It’s a cuisine built on salt air, good olive oil, and the kind of generosity that keeps the table full long after the plates are cleared.

Expect an evening that tastes like the coast: bright, briny, slow-cooked, and made for lingering over one more glass.
