Corridor is participating in Epicurean Indy’s Now Serving — a local-first event spotlighting independent Indianapolis businesses.
For these two weeks, our kitchen is highlighting the connection between traditional Mediterranean preparation and late-summer Indiana agriculture. We have partnered with local farms to offer limited-time featured dishes crafted entirely from peak-season Indiana Grown produce. Featured dishes are:
Grilled Zucchini | smoked cherry tomato jam, whipped tahini
Zucchini Bread | shagbark hickory syrup ice cream
No Pre-Booking Required: Regular menu items will also be available during standard kitchen hours.
