Second Saturday Dinner with the Top Vegans

  • Corridor 1134 East 54th Street Indianapolis, IN, 46220 United States (map)

Our February Second Saturday Dinner features the Top Vegans Chef Logan McMahan and Chef Lester Gates.

The show Top Vegan recruited contestants to The Mix, a state-of-the-art culinary facility at Columbus State Community College, to compete across multiple challenges to determine their kitchen aptitude, culinary creativity, and business potential. Logan and Lester cooked in a field of 8 chefs to find out who is the Top Vegan.

Logan and Lester will prepare dishes inspired by the show with wine pairings for the evening’s five-course, prix fixe dinner.

  • Welcome Hors d’Oeuvres

  • Ricotta Sourdough Toast — roasted butternut squash, onion jam, fried sage

  • Agnolotti — mushroom ragu, demi-glace, fried brussels

  • Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower — Invoke red sauce, cranberry chimichurri, roasted garlic polenta, fried shallot, micros

  • Saffron Ice Cream — poached pear, ginger cardamom cookie

All courses are vegan. We cannot accommodate food allergies or other dietary restrictions at this special event.

Only 40 seats are available at $150 each, plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings accompany each course.

Reservations can be made by calling the shop at (317) 257-7374.
