Culinary Crossroads talks with Chef Logan McMahan on food, family, and what’s in his fridge
Indiana’s Culinary Crossroads caught up with our Chef and Owner, Logan McMahan, for a sit-down deep dive into his life, inspiration, and how he decided to become a chef.
What is your favorite thing to make for yourself and your family?
I have a 4-year-old daughter, Lennon, and we like making breakfast together, usually on Saturdays when I have a little more time and she’s not attending school. We will often make pancakes together. Those are special moments.
If you could eat anywhere in the world, where would that be, and what would you eat?
I could throw a dart toward the Mediterranean, and if it hits France, Greece, Morocco, Lebanon or any of those, that’s where I want to travel. Somewhere along the Mediterranean and get good bread in as many places as possible.
