Indianapolis Monthly tells the world about our evolution to Corridor

Indianapolis Monthly’s Food and Dining Editor, Eve Batey, dished on our change to Corridor while reinforcing Nicole-Taylor’s Pasta remains a strong part of our business.

Nicole-Taylor’s Pasta + Market + Backroom Eatery is changing focus. The venerable business changed hands in 2023, with new owners Logan McMahan and Erin Kem slowly bringing their perspective to its menu. As we first reported in August, that vision included an eventual rebrand to a restaurant called Corridor, a lunch-service spot with a menu of dishes drawing from the Mediterranean, North African, and Arab worlds. Kem and McMahan announced this week that the time for Corridor has come: the current business will go dark on December 24 for a major renovation, and will reopen as Corridor on January 21. Its market of fresh pastas, sauces, and other specialty foods will remain, as will its blockbuster chef’s table dinners, which sell out a year in advance. (1134 E. 54th St., 317-257-7374)
